PROCESSING TIME Because each item is individually sourced and inspected before shipment, orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA Complimentary shipping is included on all orders shipped within Canada. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Signature confirmation may be required depending on the shipment. Estimated delivery time is generally 3 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

SHIPPING TO THE US
We currently ship within Canada only at checkout. We are open to shipping to the US, if you are located in the US and interested in an item, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange it together.

ADDRESS ACCURACY Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION Due to the value of the items we sell, signature confirmation may be required for delivery. Where signature is required, customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment or make alternative arrangements directly with the carrier where available.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photographs of the packaging and item. If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier.
